Bodyweight exercises are a great way to building muscle and/or reduce fat with the main attraction being you need no equipment, so you can do them anywhere. Another benefit of bodyweight exercises is anyone from an advanced fitness enthusiast to a beginner can do them. Some of the most advanced bodybuilders in the world use them in their workout routines as they can be integrated in any workout program or be used as a standalone routine (meaning a routine with only bodyweight exercises).
As a fitness enthusiast myself, some of the best gains I have seen in my level of fitness has been on routines that only involve bodyweight exercises. With the Strength Stack 52 fitness cards, I recommend 3 games a day lasting at least 10 minutes per day. This will ensure your metabolic rate remains high throughout the day and burn calories at a faster rate than normal. Studies have shown that mini workouts throughout the day burn calories at a faster rate than a typical gym workout.
